User Agreement

1. Acceptance
By using Primegrove Waxworks, you agree to these terms and to use the website lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors or our operations.
2. Catalog and demonstrations
Catalog descriptions, prices, workshop durations, and availability are presented for planning. A local cart is a demonstration feature and does not itself create a completed order or payment obligation.
3. Creative content
Primegrove Waxworks owns or licenses its written lessons, brand elements, templates, and original project materials. You may use purchased or provided materials for personal learning, but may not reproduce, resell, or publish them as your own service.
4. Responsible use
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, scrape private information, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use studio materials for unlawful or harmful activity.
5. Communication
Information submitted through the contact form must be accurate enough for a reply. We may decline requests that are abusive, unlawful, or unrelated to the studio.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but digital services can experience interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Primegrove Waxworks is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on an unavailable feature or incomplete demonstration data.
7. Changes and governing rules
